September 2006 - Rutherford Appleton Laboratory ordered a CT1700 Clean-Tent for the ISIS project. A large scientific instrument was assembled in the Clean-Tent prior to being installed into a vacuum system. Les Jones, the senior instrumentation designer on the project, commented that the CT1700 was the best option for the Class 1000 environment that they needed for the job, because the floor space was only assigned as a temporary measure and the delivery timescales were tight ( 3 weeks from order).
